Hiya
I've lost 3lb, bringing my total to 5lb over 2 weeks. I'm not that surprised to be honest and am phasing the diet out a bit now. I'm finding that I don't have enough energy for my running training on the diet. I feel ok in myself but running anything over about 8 miles seems to be really difficult, there just isn't enough energy in the tank!
Anyhow what I am doing is sticking on a shake once a day and then a protein heavy diet with very limited carbs (and only good carbs i.e. no bread / pasta etc) and hope that this will be enough to sustain my training but also keep dropping a bit of weight.
One thing I have noticed is that it has had a big impact on my stomach and I am noticeably smaller. In fact I'm wondering whether my goal is a little off kilter as I am a comfortable size 10 again and am quite happy with that so may not aim to drop another stone.
Anyhow good luck to all and I will hang around as I think the general idea of the diet is good, just not quite right for me at this time.
