Does anyone know the syn value please?
My friend just told me that it's 16.5! I can't believe that... it's approx 180 cals per serving, my friend gave me the syn value for the straight to wok sauce.

Ok... lol.
Someone told me that if you count every 20 calories as 1 syn, it worked out that my syn value for the amount of this sauce I had was 8.5 syns.

no ignore me lol, how can what I said be correct??? Otherwise my packet of snack a jacks would be 6 syns!
