in my second week, feeling well & good getting easier,to cope up during the day
my killing headache seems to be going now, :D thank u for all who supported me during my first week , i remember to quit once, :eek:,but another problem coming up day is fine until 7 pm once i reach home its getting difficult to restrain my self from picking, when giving food to kids make me so impatient :eek: i just want to have only 1 bite of chicken only oneeeeeeeeee
I know i can reallyyyyyyyyy stick to one
will anybody be brave enough to tell me how often to u pick up during one day :cool:
 
i must admit sometimes i get tempted but dont pick at it i just think about it and tell myself it will still be there when i am finished on this diet

Also i set myself two single meals during the whole thing, they were family type things where i did eat but i kept it pretty sensible and it was just the one meal, it slowed my loss down but i could live with that

I think the hardest part of doing that would be stopping yourself from eating after that, i found it pretty easy but am sure some others would disagree

bottom line just stick with the diet IMO

I remember when I first did lipotrim, I made my daughter a tuna, sweetcorn and mayo butty. She didn't eat it all and when I was clearing up I took a bite and then spat it out!! It didn't kill the craving but I still felt better for not swallowing it!
I also once ate 2 pieces of ham and the following week only lost a pound, so I blamed that! Don't do it, its not worth it especially as you will now be in ketosis.

Hi Warrior. So far so good and haven't had anything to eat at all. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm not tempted but I just tell myself I'm only doing this for a relatively short time out of my life and anything I really fancy will still be there when I finish this.

It's hard though, I still get tempted but just tell myself NO.

It is hard, especially since you still have to cook for children..
But it really isnt worth it.. I believe once you start you wont be able to stop, thats why I havent eaten anything!
It has been hard, Especially when there is bacon there, thats what i have been tempted most by.. and a slice of stuffed crust pepperoni pizza... Things like Pizza and things wtih carbs in im finding it easier to resist because i know it WILL take me out of ketosis!
Bacon on the other hand im not sure.. and i had a 10 minute battle with myself over the bacon... I stared at it for the whole 10 minutes..
Im so glad the diet me won though :)
Although most people have their blips on LT i know if i had one i would never get back on the programme again!!
 
The longest I've gone with slipping in some way was 35 days.

However, I'm one of those people that has real difficulty recovering after a slip, so I know from experience not to cheat because there's a high liklihood it'll mean the end of my efforts.
 
I am on day 23 now and i slipped only once when i was making sandwiches for kids. I ate a slice of wafer thin ham. I though it would be lovely but it didnt help me atall, just made me disgusted that i slipped and determined not to do it again.

I keep telling myself that all the food i am craving will still be there when i am finished this diet and if i give in atall i will never be able to get back on track so its just not worth it.
 
Every damn day I get tempted, it's especially hard when you're cooking and you have to taste the food when you're cooking but being on LT, you just can't.

I hate it when my family don't empty their plates when they're finished, they just put them on the side and there's still food on them. Ticks me off because I've got to clean it, and if I don't clean the kitchen, no one will.

But alas, I do not pick. What's the point when you're doing so well and you go and ruin it for one bite?

It's not worth it.

LOL I just want to lose weight so badly. With me, if I want something this bad, I do whatever it takes. I've come this far, why should I spoil it?

LOL and it's no secret, all I do is follow the diet strictly :D

How are you doing on LT? are you new?

2) Gives me something to do
3) If I don't they wont budge at all

I always yell at my little sis to get off her shrinking bum to do it, but she makes up some lame arse excuse. I ask my older sis but she won't. Bloody bone idle lazy the lot here.

LOL maybe. But you know what I say?
Bring it on!

If I could make a chocolate fudge cake and serve it to my family without eating it, and watch my mum make my favourite foods and them eat it, then I can go all the way :D

going ok.. I've started running outside.. soooo different than in the gym! woke up sunday stiff!

Ive a long way to go yet but hoping for a good result tomorrow to keep the spirits up.. :)

ur doing great too.. one of the first people I met here (laughin at me saying mammy!). enjoying it or hating it?
 
i love the idea as someone said you are on this diet for a relatively short time in your life and think of how good you are to look in those new clothes that you can enjoy shopping for xx

It's mixed feelings with LT, it's kind of just a lifestyle now, I'm so used to it. Everytime I'm coming back home from college in my mind it's 'I can't wait to have my shake' LOL.

I've been having an issue though with my older sister who gave up LT, she's complaining that I'm getting thinner and she's saying that I look ill. My dad is complaining as well, he thinks I'm too skinny and I'm only size 16. My art teacher looked at me horrified, I don't get it.

But I'm doing this for me so they can just shove it.

What about you?
