If you stay on it youll end up not losing anything as youre under your points. KS is only designed for the first 2 weeks of the diet or if you hit a plateau. Doing it any longer is counter productive, youre depriving yourself of points and you wont be losing
After your first youre really only meant to do it if you hit a plateau I believe (so Im told) its not something youre meant to do too often. It really is what it says to Kick Start your diet
