recipe books

On a mission
This weekend i was looking for some low GI/Low carb recipe books and couldn't find any suitable. They all either had loads of pasta dishes in or just stuff we shouldn't have. Does anyone know of a good recipe book (I want a book rather than always going online)

Thanks

Hey Chele!!

Have you tried the cs recipe book? I have seen it in the chemist and am going to buy it this week. Anyone else got it? Any good?

ive not seen it in my chemist but ive seen it on the online site, cant say if it is any good though! sorry!! a wee thing to jazz up some chicken is to marinade it in spice mix like, tandoori or tikka, have it cold with salad or warm with veg.
