Week 3 Good or Bad ?

Well wk 3 came and it was 100% of SS :) but ........... wk1 11lb, wk2 6lb and now wk3 4lb ? not sure whats going on here but its looking like wk4 2lb :-( christ at this rate I'll be putting back on in wk5 ?

Any clues any one ? I've followed this 100% since day one and I'm drinking approx 6 pints of water a day

I always heard week 3 weight loss was low but back to normal week 4 onwards.
I myself have had 4lbs every week since week two...
 
I heard that week three loss is always low-I dont know why.
Ive always had 4lbs each week since wi2 so was no diff to me.
You'll prob have a better loss next week,-4lbs this week is still amazing! Dont panic until next weigh in I'd say! xx
 
Very odd. W3 is crap for me as well....! Ah well, It'll get better.
 
What a weird pattern. I was told that week three usually is your body adjusting to the shock of the diet, also are ya exercising at all as if ya are ya may not be getting enough water. Ya have done brillant though this past few weeks so I wouldnt like to see ya losing hope in it. Take care
 
4lb is still the average loss given a loss of 14lb/1 stone a month is the CD average. You are doing well! Don't be disheartened. :)

yeah cd say one stone a month with a wee bit more in month one due to water and that :)

your doing brill and i have heard that week 3 can be crap!!

Bummer - Im on ss too and lost a single pound this week - its my 3rd week too! What it is about week 3? I lost 11 the first week, 7 the second and now just a single pound! I did miss out on 2 meals thou this week and am wondering if thats what caused it?
 
Give me a 4lbs loss and I will be sooooooo happy. I lost 2lbs in my second week despite sticking to it 100%. The average loss per week on CD is 3-4lbs. Anything higher than that is a bonus. Come on people be more positive (Don't mean to offend anyone).
 
well I didnt know that i've been in a stinker this week thinking my week 3 last week was rubbish (3 pounds last week) ha ha now I feel so much better
