1 Tub Quark
1/2 tub VLF Fromage Frais
2 Muller Choc Vanilla Yogs
Sweetener to taste
A little vanilla essence
A little Chocolate Extract
35 ml Baileys (about 5 1/2 syns)
A dash of milk from your allowance
Mix it all together. Pop it in the Ice Cream Maker, then about 40 mins later enjoy!!
We ate this between 3 of us, but that's only because we are GREEDY!!! (Huge bowl full each)
This would easily serve 4 generously.
