Just a question that popped into my head!! Not that it currently matters to me, but I just got to thinking what affects ketosis and what does not?? Also, if someone is in ketosis and eats something that affects it (knocks them out), is there some way of guesstimating how long they will be out of ketosis for if they work out what they have taken in and have an idea of how long they take to get to ketosis when they have a full load of glycogen on board ???
Or is it all just total guesswork as to what knocks you out and how long it takes to get back??
