me and me bf are going bingo .... classy i know!!!! haha

mmm you might get lucky lol!

hey summergirl, thats not a bad idea. I have just received a £5 off voucher on any evening main game at gala. Just might do that lol.

Mmm, you could go to the cinema, bowling, a club, iceskating, or have a lovely night in with a good DVD and lots of sparkling water! Any good?

Must admit I am refeeding so OH is taking me out for a meal. Will stick to healthy started and main course but do plan on having a dessert!!!!!!!!! It will be my first meal out for 10 months. We rarely went out for meals on our own before LT so it will be nice to spend time together without the children.

First V-day actually spent with someone I care about (I have a terrible history for Valentines - never even been told 'happy valentines day) and we can't do anything... not impressed.

cinema and bowling sounds good (great execise too) but think sparkling water and DESERT!!!!! sounds better!! lol! x

well am doing nothing lol

I've got nothing planned either. We usually go out for a meal but obviously not this year. Will arrange to have a nice meal out once this diet is over and make up for it then. Can't wait!

Me and my wifey are going to see My Bloody Valentine, romantic haha blood guts and not a meal in sight!!

hes the best!

xxx

funnily enough i am going out with my mate - not sure what hubby is going to do! LOL

I am gutted as we missed a b-day meal for hubby already and we will miss a lovely meal for Valentines :( Never mind next year hey?!

Nothing I hate valentines day its just another day to me. Just a usual saturday night for me and Dh and with 4 kids and no chance of a babysitter another night in front of the telly.

Valentines day - this is going to be a tough one for me-normally we would dine out - but this year it lands on the same day as the rugby International is on -"Wales v England" - we normally go down to the local Rugby club with a large crowd of mates where they offer Steak chips and 3 pints or 3 glasses of wine for a tenner! It is usually a good laugh but boozy event.
I know I can't go and sit through it just sipping water as I will be nagged to hell off them- yet if I don't go my other half will be the only one of the gang there without his missus - chances are he may pout (as men do lol):8855:!
Any suggestions?

I dont know yet... Anything i suggest to do i just get a reply "oh thats sh*t"

So ive told him he can be spontaneous and arrange something...

So we will probs end up doing nothing hahaha!!!

Lain, that's a tough one. Maybe you could go but tell everyone you've got a stomach bug or something so only allowed to sip on water. Tell them you'll make up for it next year. Go England!

It's a toughie. Is it just the ribbing for not eating/drinking that is keeping you from wanting to go?
