Hi everyone, right im hoping you can help. I want to aim to lose 3 pounds a week and my BMR is currently 1958 (rounded down). For me to lose the 3 pounds a week i want what do i need to do?

start off on 1600 then gradualli go down to no lower than 1200cal x
