Mozzarella - reduced fat?

This is more a HE question than syns really, but I'll ask here anyway.

So. Mozzarella light. How come it's in the book at 57g HE-B on a green day but not a HE-A?

Normal mozzarella is a HE-A. Why not light too?

Or can it be?

I guess you're probably right, I can likely use it as a HE-A too... Does make sense really.
