Thought I'd give you all a laugh.....kind of like a before video instead of a before photo! (This was filmed today though and I've lost 17lb so far!)

Am so jealous!!! I wanted to do just that yesterday morning in my neighbours garden lol. She didn't offer though he he. Using the trampoline is brilliant exercise x

excellent hun haha!! I wish I had one, but wont because of work so your very brave haha my older children would be a nightmare on it!!

The childminding children LOVE the trampoline. I have a strict one at a time rule for them. When they have gone home my own children go wild on it!

lol you mad mummy,i went on our tramp when we got it aug 07,i went bounce bounce extreme pain,ambulance,i slipped a disc 4th from the bottom and it has took me 15months of painkillers and agony to fix it,so please be careful,i look out the window at it 14ft piece of S*ite that it is i am sure it laughs at me when i turn my back lol.
