How many syns to have a day?

Hi,

I just started SW and was wondering how many syns to have a day? And can I save them up or not?

you can have between 5 and 15. tho today i have had 20! well prob nearer to 22 now! (just pinched a bit of my sons t cke and butter). some people have a weekly allowance, some say you can carry them over, suppose it depends wht works best for you.
i think from now in im going to allow myself 10 then of i do slip up i have 5 syns to play with iykwim???

are you going to class? as your leader will give you guidance. Generally speaking they recommend 5-15 syns a day x

Well i have about 7 stone to lose and they say between 5 and 15, since new year i have been having 15 (sometimes a few more) and my losses have been as per my signature. xx

I try to never go over 15 and usually have between 8 and 10.

I have 7 stone to lose so i have 20 a day and it works just fine for me

I'm the same as laurie, i have 20 a day as ive got about 7/8 stone to lose.
