I’m restarting so I thought I would redo my ticker to show what weight I was before I started any diet and have put my weight for 2day on but I’m not starting till Monday last time I lost 2 stone on ss and another 2 with sensible eating and exercise I have put 7lbs back on over Christmas so not to bad but have to get back in to it so ss for 2weeks at least. Got 3 stone 10 to left to lose that's my target.
