depo injection ( pill )

hey girls just wondering if any1 is on the depo pill and if its affected ur weight since uve been on it and affecting loosing ur weight on LT? my chemist told me it could slow dwn my weight loss?? any1 have any info? x x

I was on the implant, and was told the same thing, hormal contraceptions are a bugger for weight loss, as they trick your body into thining its pregnantm so therefor, wants to hold onto as much fat as possible to protect you through the pregnancy! (dont know how true this is but what my pharmacist told me.. noticed a massive difference in weight loss though since having it out)

hiya been on this diet since August and had no problems with weightloss, only the times when I've fallen of the wagon so my opinion is dont worry about it keep strong and focus on the big picture any weight gain may just be due to water retention TOTM which will be lost the following week

yea well ive got another 3 months of it in my system anyway so theres nothin i can do about it! x x
