how's everyone today? i had a sneaky weigh in after being back on it for three days and im down to 12.7lb so thats the damage wiped out from my week off already :D wooohoooo!!!

im cool today feeling better today i need to buy some scales but im broke lol u must be chuffed!! xxx
 
im fine today...was a bit naughty last night cos i made broth with dumplings for my family and had 2 spoons while it was cooking..:mad:
fine other wise though :p
 
Im cool - had to get up at the crack of dawn to have some fillings so luckily cannot eat for the next few hours anyway! Oh well, im trying to be good today - day 4 and have not cheated yet but DESPERATE to weigh myself!
 
Well done Emily - fab news! Doing away fine, but in my reply to Lexi on a different thread I've decided to do my own diy low-carb diet now my shakes have ran out and there's no Rowlands close to hand.

I'm curious to see my weight loss during this week as I'm allowing myself one portion of carbs a day (be it wholemeal toast, small jacket pot, small spoon of wholegrain rice etc) but I'm still having a bar from breakfast and fruit as my 3 snacks, so I'm sort of following the CS diet but without the shakes and the extra carb portion a day
(which may have the same carb content as a shake anyway!)..........here goes! I will still be checking out the forum though - hope you don't mind!
 
Seems like everyone is doing well....I am on day four and the headache and rubbish feeling is starting to go and I am beginning to enjoy this. Quite excited as I have never lasted more than two days without cheating before! lol Had a sneaky weigh-in this morning and have lost 8lbs already! So pleased.....:)
 
aww alison!!! well make sure and stick around here though and let us know how it works out for you! i dont really see how it would be much of a problem especially seen as the shakes have 20g of carbs in them each, i actually missed out one today and had a few spoonfulls of potatoes... ooops lol but i cant see the carbs being too much higher than 20g for the amount i ate!

sheshela i know there is hope lol if i can lose the weight then anyone can, i have so not got an ounce of willpower but im managing ok on this, not perfect and maybe not as easy as i found it at the start but its coming off slowly but surely!

Glad you're over the carb withdrawal phase - not fun but essential.

Hi Emily - no, I'll still stick around - you don't get rid of me that easily lol! The only thing I'm going to do differently is instead of a shake I'm going to have a low cal and carb snack/meal, otherwise much the same with an Atkins bar for breakfast, 3 snacks and main meal at night.

Today's the first day of doing it and feel much the same! Just no Rowlands in town and I can't be bothered with ordering online after reading 102b's fiasco with them!

You sound as though you're right back in the saddle now :D - well done babes x
