Hi, I'm on my 3rd week of Lipotrim and I am surprised how easy I'm finding it and that I don't want to eat anything. I'm still cooking all the main meals for hubby and kids with no problems at all, when they eat I have a shake or soup. I have a very supportive hubby which helps alot. :)

Like I said I'm finding the diet great BUT I am having a problem with 'going to the toilet.....(number 2's)' if you know what I mean, I went once in the first week and once in the 2nd week with great difficulty and now I cannot go at all!:(

Is this normal?

Yeah most people get it...

You can get fibreclear from the pharmasist, ive heard this helps!!!

Another thing that i find helps is the flap jacks and plenty of water. xx

I have been drinking about 4 litres a day and was fine until after this weekend. Fri/Sat & Sun we were very busy re-organising the house and the water intake was drastically less.

I really paid for it. Couldn't go to the loo.

I upped my water intake back to 4L and am okay again. I really didn't believe that water intake would have such on effect but it did.

Hi Taylor, I am another one suffering from this. I drink 3+ litres of water a day, plus teas, coffees, peppermint tea etc. I usually go every 5th day or so - crap (lol) I know, but I use fibreclear morning and night and my Pharmacist recommended senokot. That seems to be working better now I have started to introduce a flapjack into my daily menu. I usually have a shake for breakfast, then alternate between a flapjack/shake for lunch and supper. Its just that little bit of extra fibre.
If you do try the flapjacks, the peanut one is okay-ish, but it took me 3 bars to start liking them, the coconut bar is actually quite nice. If all fails, perhaps you could try the bars.
Good luck and I hope it passes soon. LOL
