Hi everyone,just been for 2nd weigh in and ive lost 5lbs,Thats my 1st stone gone! .pharmacist took my blood pressure and my heart rate was fast,he asked if i have had headaches,i have had for the last 2 days,im really worried now,has anyone else had the same ?

Well done hun! Thats a great loss in two weeks!

I would say visit your GP if your worried, but I think it is probably normal, some days I get headaches for no reason, and sometimes I get out of breath easily.

well done, yes i get headaches. I get them that often ppl say im addicted to paracetamol lol but im not.

Nope i havent had headaches yet so i wouldnt know..

But as demaris says if your worried phone your gp xxx

Congrats on your 1st stone. I also had that a few weeks ago but after an ecg I was fine but best to get checked out on the safe side
