I've lost 4lbs and a bit this week which I am very pleased about. I hope this is going to be the trend every week.
Something that has me worried is the Veg Drink. I got some yesterday and made a cup as soon as I got home. I only managed to drink half of it. Before I made it I read the ingredients, but only reading it again this morning did I notice it has glucose syrup and fructose in it.
Am I worrying unneccessarily? Will drinking this affect ketosis? Should I be expecting to chomp at my desk later because of hunger pangs?
