Popped to Tesco today and thought i'd get some Ryvita Goodness bars - Yummmm!
And you can have 2 as a healthy extra or they are just 3 syns each.
Just had one with a cup of tea - Apple and cranberry, delish!

When I think of Ryvita, I think of cardboard, but the goodness bars look really nice, I may have to try one.

mmmm will have to look out for them, have become addicted to the toffee alpen light but will defo give something else ago!!!

I tried the apple and cranberry ones, they're more chewy and fruity than alpen lights, but nice for a change.

I haven't tried alpen bars yet - are there lots of different flavours?

im addicted to alpen light bars - my favs are choc and orange and choc and fudge! they do summer fruits too which is lovely, and apple flavour too.
What flavours do the ryvitas come in?? ooo im hungry now!!!! might have an apple..!

You'd won me over with Alpen bars the second I saw the word chocolate lol!
They only had two types of Ryvita in Tesco today - Apple and Cranberry and Mixed berries.
I'm off to get some Alpen bars tomorrow...if i'm not snowed in my house that is!

lol tell me about it, im running out of food and im bored!!!!
the only thing about the alpen bars is they are pretty expensive nearly £2 for 5...there used to be 6 in a box but i read earlier they have cut them down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheek!
Think i will try the ryvitas too
