Hi. Here's my tips:
1) Just keep going. No matter what. Whether you lose or don't lose just keep going.
2) I set myself a target (Christmas). I knew I wouldn't lose it all by then but when I was struggling I'd say 'it's just til Christmas.'
3) Split the shakes. Have a 1/2 for brekkie, 1/2 at 10, 1/2 for lunch, 1/2 at 2 etc.
4) Just keep going....
