Vegetarian who lives2eat
Just checked and shape fuller yogurts are veggie , dear fatty you nearly gave me heart failure as I didnt know what else I would eat as I eat 2 or 3 of these per day,the blackberrie one is delish;););)

Some kind person on here has said Activia fat free are free - but not the strawberry one's so you could check those out. I use yeo valley organic as I mentioned before for marginal syns.

When I read the packet it said not veggie friendly - I will have to check which one's I looked at when I go to asda this week

I believe the fat free Onken Biopot yogurts are also veggie friendly. :)

thats great only trouble with Oinken is it comes in such big pots and i feel its my duty to eat it all in one go, after all it is good for you :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

.

I've checked the packs of Activia in my fridge and they definitely say suitable for vegetarians. :)

I've just discovered the Yeo Valley ones. Yum! Highly worth a syn or two.

If it's good for you it seems like a perfect excuse to me! :D

You just need to be careful about the strawberry flavoured Shape Feel Fuller and Danone Activia yoghurts. These are not veggie friendly as they have cochineal colouring in them.

Sainsbury's sell Irish diet yogurts which I believe are vegetarian, and are syn-free. Cochineal is from squashed beetles, yuk!
