Wanted to just put some thoughts down

Fed up with thinking about food
Cant really get back on plan 100%
Spend half the day doing great .. then it all goes to s**t
Feeling really lazy about SW
Liking the gym
Still not smoking
Cant do my job anymore
Am being redeployed
Looking forward to my holiday
Spend too much time online
Fitting into a size 14
Need to lose the belly
Lost 1 and a half inches off my waist
Not loving the scales
Feel under pressure to do well
Dont want to disappoint
Being rebellious .. bloody food police!!

Think that will do for now xx
 
I think we all go through these feelings/statements about SW. Sometimes it lasts a moment, day or even a week, but we seem to get over it eventually but it is definately a comfort to know we are not alone .... thanks Emski for putting down in words just about what i have been thinking........


Fed up with thinking about food - totally agree that food is THE most important thing on my mind, what to buy, what to cook - what NOT to eat!!
Cant really get back on plan 100% - Have been good 80% of the time but is this enough, Guilt sets in!
Spend half the day doing great .. then it all goes to s**t - absolutely, especially today, no syns and on plan until 4 pm then total chaos reigned
Feeling really lazy about SW - just fed up of all of the above
Liking the gym - loving the gym and the exercise but no results on the scale to be proud of, if I stopped going would i gain pounds every hour on the hour ???
Still not smoking - never smoked anyway!
Cant do my job anymore - appreciated in half my job, totally frustrated by other people in the other half
Am being redeployed - good for Emski if they find something decent

Not loving the scales - feel the need to weigh ALL THE TIME!
Feel under pressure to do well - yep, understand that one, it's self pressure though as everyone knows that I am 'watching' what I eat (are you allowed to eat that Hot Cross Bun with Butter?? said in an accusing tone)
Dont want to disappoint - who would we really be disappointing though if we really thought about it?
Being rebellious .. bloody food police!! Far too many of them about for my liking!
