Druckers Carrot cake....syns ?

Opps have been up town this morning with hubby and ended up popping into Druckers and having a slice of carrot cake with my tea.

Not sure how many syns to allow for this ??

Basics says 5 but my common sense is saying it will be more.

Any suggestions welcome.. apart from you shouldnt have scoffed it.

hmmmm i love carrot cake! my mouth is watering thinking of the icing.....anyway

thats 5 syns per 28g/1oz - which isnt very much cake at all!! someone will prob correct me if im wrong but i think a normal bit of cake would be about 100g at least.

Costa Coffee gives 114g per slice and 23 syns so i think it'll roughly be about that!

Wish I hadnt had it now... oh well, never mind it was very scrummy.

Mental note for next monday if go up town... DONT GO INTO DRUCKERS!! lol...they do have some very wonderful cakes in there.!
