Can anyone advise a meal that would best suit a red day and a meal for a green day? I know ingrediants vary from restaurant to restaurant but is there a clear winner in terms of fewest syns?
I went the other week on a red day and avoided popadoms, rice and sauces with coconut and cream (opted for a Rogan Josh) had a chapati instead of naan bread. Does anyone else have any advice? Would be appreciated, thanks.
