Sleep and dreams

A question really. I am on day three of SS+. I have been waking up really early and then can't get back to sleep. Brain seems to be overactive. Last night I had a really awful dream about someone in my family getting murdered. It was really vivid. I don't normally remember dreams nor do I normally have trouble sleeping. Is this a possible side effect?

Sorry to hear you have had such an unpleasant dream. I did have very vivid dreams on SS, I also found that I would feel tired earlier, sleep very well but wake up early.
