:angel09:saturday 31st jan- simply filling plan
breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled & 2 rashers of bacon
lunch: prune & apple crumble with vanilla mullerlight on top ( put stewed fruit in dish mix few oats, sweetener and nutmeg and put on top of fruit) put in oven till browned on top
dinner: couscous with moroccan vegetables
anytime: 1 pkt snackajacks salt & vinegar popcorn- 0.5 points
few grapes
