Maintenance due to meds

Well I had my meal today - I had chicken and salad with poached egg on it. Think that was OK? It felt weird eating and I kept burping and getting heartburn lol.

It was lovely!!! I really enjoyed it. I have more salad today and lean beef steak. Might have another poached egg on the salad as I really enjoyed it yesterday.

Cool thanks - I checked last night with one of the Ketostix and I was still in Ketosis
