Hi Guys,

I started back at the gym lastweek and got a exercise program from one of the instructor..

Its an hour of cardio and some light weights to start toning - the instructor said that I'll be burning around 600cals per session.

Do you think this is 2 much? Cos we're only having around 400cals a day on the shakes...

I feel better after the sessions (I've been 3 times this week) - so it cant be doing any harm..

Any thoughts??

I did normal gym sessions in ketosis, but if you are looking to do endurance activities (more than two hours of aerobic activity) then it's not advisable.

The exercise helps tone and lose even more fat...go for it and if in doubt listen to your body (lightheadednes, dizziness, breathlessness to the point of having to stop, etc mean you should take it easy)

Besides, endorphins and making the full lifestyle change are ace!

If you feel ok after each work out and dont feel like your pushing yourself too hard then go for it :)
If it gets too much stop straight away!!!
