Trapped Wind

bigfella

not for long hopefully
Hi all
Has anyone suffered with trapped wind since being on CD?
Just curious cos as far as I am aware I have never had it before, but in the last week, Ive had it twice - and like anything, for a man, its worse!!!!
I was getting ready to dial 999 as the pain was that bad lol - nah I was in bloody pain though.
Just thought I would pick your brains!
Cheers guys
Dean

Bless you, mine hasn't been trapped but have definately had more wind since being on CD....thinking it might be the bars?

Yes I've had it for the past few days! And at times it is agony! x

I have had it all week, the only difference is I am on week 3 and having bars, it has GOT to be them.:tear_drop:

The peanut ones are killers!!!!!!

Sorry, but that made me smile about ringing 999........try sleeping on your tummy, that usually helps.

You could be right about the bars - I was doing great the first 2 weeks, then had the bars during week 3 and was in so much pain had to come off CD for 2 days until all went back to normal!! So back on shakes only this week with Fibre59!

I have had more wind than normal since starting CD, especially in the first few days. Thankfully no pain involved. Wonder if we can take the anti-wind tablets to help or if they are against CD.
I haven't started the bars yet though, hope that they don't have that effect on me!!!
BB x

I've had windy pains occasionally that feel just like the pains in labour, ouch & I breathe through them, it helps. Slow deep breathing x
