Hasn't pastrami got visible lumps of fat??? Or is it different from salami?

not had any for ages and ageswas just looking through the free food book and saw it and htough may be nice for sort off pizza surely wont have lumpy fat as we cant have fat can we ill take a look tomorrow in supermarket

it's very thin narrow strips of lean beef, with black pepper round it....I think thats right, no fat anyway x

Not sure exactly what is is, but it tastes a bit like spicey beef. Haven'e seen it with visible fat, seen to remember having bought it in Lidl in the past, haven't been there for ages, but it was a lot cheaper.

Yeah I love pastrami, it is thin strips of beef seasoned with black pepper and is very lean. I didn't know for sure if it was free so thanks for the info!

I had my first tonight, delicious! Only problem was it was hard to restrict the amount of cheese I like to normally top my pizza with. But otherwise I thought it was super-tasty.

Also, very pleased to hear that pastrami is free on original, thanks for that Mummy2beslim
