Hi everyone, just hoping someone can reassure me a bit if what i have eaten today so far is okay as it seems like a lot to me!

Still trying to get my head round the plan so bare with me! On an original/red day!

Brekfeast: 2 Alpen light bars (1 hex B)
Lunch: 4 turkey rashers
2 eggs
tomatos
Mullerlight yoghurt............all free
1 slice of wholemeal bread(HexB)
Milk (hex A)
1tsp very low fat spread(0.5 syns)

Is this right, because i feel like i have just eaten a feast....and one last thing, the rashers and eggs were cooked using fry light but used quite a bit cos it was sticking to the pan...is that okay?

It looks good to me.

I usually use a few extra sprays aswell of frylight so dont worry. You'll learn how to adapt your cooking really quickly.

Go Girl xx

Thanks Nicky.....i am loving this way of eating...to bother you with a few more questions though.

1) Can i go to another slimming world class today without weighing in or paying cos i don't have a leader at mine it would be nice to go and check that class out and maybe buy a shopping guide or something as i'd like to get more branded foods/ready meals etc but have no idea whats free on which days.

2) I'm planning on having stir fried veggies and chicken for dinner, i'm presuming that is all fine...just double checking!xx

Have you joined a class yet as you would get the password to use on the SW website that would give you all the info. If you haven't joined a SW class then I suspect you may be advised to join. Best thing to do is contact the leader informally for advice.

Yup - absolutely

Yeah i joined a class on Tuesday and was given the password but i find that website a bit confusing, maybe i need to study it more but i was hoping to find like a shopping guide...i know ww used to d one and it would tell you all the info for all different supermarket foods. Can i get that online then?xx

The webiste will list all the supermarket foods (both branded and their own brand) and the syns values where applicable.

The website contains all the information of the handouts that you get except the webiste holds more information. It is actually a really useful tool.

It does take a bit of getting used to but yeah try it see how you get on.

Any problems then I am sure someone on here can double check for you.

SW dont have aproduct one on line, but you can look up syn values online if you have the password. As for the class thing, I would just call the Consultant of the other class and have a chat with her...explain the situation about not having a consultant etc and express your keeness to get a book..ask her if you can get it at her class and chances are she wont turn you down and you may pick up some more hints in that class too.

Thanks girls, just checked out the website again and can see the option to look for supermarket brands and chose a product! I guess i was just being lazy cos i want to click a button to say for example...tescos ready meals and list all of what is free for that section!

But the way they have it online means you need to know what product your searching for rather than choosing what to buy depending in syns/free etc.

Sorry, think i've explained that in a complicated way but sure you'll get what i mean.x

I know what you mean. SW do have a directory by product type/store which I still find handy even when I've got access to the website.

As the others say, give the consultant a quick ring but I'm sure she'll be fine about it. Especially as you don't have a consultant.
