what is the cambridge thing???

It is made of food packs, soups, and bars and drink mixes and it is used instead of food, or with one meal added, etc...you can lose up to a stone a month doing a very low calorie diet (500 or so calories a day?) like Cambridge (similar ones are lipotrim, Lighterlife and celebrity slim, etc)
 
Cambridge diet is a diet based on drinking 3 shakes a day, and lots of water. yeah u loose loads of weight, but every difficult to refrain from eating 100% of the time [ i have done it] its right for some ppl and not for others. as long as you stick to the program and come off plan correctly you keep the weight off. but as with all diets if u revert back to your old ways of eating u put it back on. hope that helps
