Hi, found this site from another blog. I'm soon to commence Lighterlife, and would appreciate some help along the way.

Im a Dad to 3 beautiful kids, and my goal is to see them all grow up to have beautiful kids of their own

I guess like a lot of people here, I have tried so many different diets...but now it's time for a serious change of mindset.

Anyhoo, I'll log on again soon with loads of questions. Cheers.
