how much has everyone lost????

Hi,

My weight loss journey, like lots of people has been long and varied!! I did slimming world about 12 years ago with some success but just could not get back into it and put on the weight I'd lost, and more!!! I go on holiday in 15 weeks and would love to get rid of a couple of stone, due to having a big appetite think SW would be the best option. It would be great to hear from some of you professional Slimming Worlders regarding losses and any extra advice would be welcome.

Hi Mils, SW will be good for you as you can eat so much so great for someone who loves their food. Just keep checking in here and you will pick up loads of tips and advice, check out the recipe threads at top. Iv'e lost 4 stones and 9lbs since 11th March 2008 and am now a target member. Also the sticky threads are great for supermarket bargains. Nice to meet you hun. xxx
 
I've lost 3 stone 1 lb since April last year, but I had a 2 month blip where I stopped doing it. SW is great for those of us who like to eat and hate to go hungry.
 
I've lost 3 stone 11.5lbs since April last year.

It really is the best plan for those of us who like to eat! Good luck on your weight loss journey, keep coming on here for loads of tips, advice and support :)
 
I'm just back on track after a long period off sw but i have lost 7lbs in 3 weeks x
 
Ive lost 5 stone so far, but only 1.5stone of that through SW (had a gastric band in March)...I still have 7 stone to go and will stick with SW even with the band as I love the healthy eating!
 
I've lost 3 stone and half a pound (can't forget the half LOL) in 17 weeks. Started on 1st October last year and have had pretty good weight losses since.

SW is really easy to follow and you don't have to count calories etc, and you don't have to go hungry.

I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks so far, previously I've lost 4 and a half stone in 5 months on SW but that was with running aswell

lol - that's given me a sharp kick up the bum as I've only lost 2.5stone in 8 months!!
 
I've lost 2st 3lb since mid august last year, well chuffed, never hungry, and had a big birthday and Xmas/NY to contend with!

I always look out for Annie's weekly update Sue - she's inspirational (and I'm a teensy bit jealous that she's going to see Metallica ;)!)
