Is this ok for today?

Ok 1st day on today and I had

breakfast - choc shake

mid morning - apple

lunch - caramel shake

mid afternoon - pear

dinner - skinless chicken breast with veg ( carrots, brocolli & Cauli )

supper - celery with a little peanut butter


does this sound ok?:confused:
 
I don't see any problem apart fom Peanut butter and celery how can u eat tht? the combination doesn't go very well is it nice? I'm just imagining the taste lol!!!!!I'm sorry abt my comment
 
Lol - i love it!!! the guide book metnions it too so thats good.
Im a bit stuck on the snack bits cos its hard to eat at work so fruit is easiest for me, any other suggestions?

Hi - you're day sounds fine to me!

As for snacks, I'm pretty much having fruit too but I also have the following:

50g tuna with loads of salad and a dollop of mayo
or
2 slices of ham/or some chicken with loads of salad
or
Strawberries and a dollop of cream (only occasionally)
or
37g Atkins bar (less cals and carbs the CS bars, so I have a whole one - not sure if I should, but I have been!)

These seem to suit me and fill me up!

Some good ideas there hun, I noticed in my guide book it says a piece of fruit is a snack but on the irish web page it says 1/2 a piece!

Hi - yeah it can be confusing! I'm having a whole piece of fruit, albeit the apples and oranges I'm having are small, so I hope that evens it out!:p
