Formula for those without calculators etc

I hope this is allowed, please slap my wrist very hard if its not!!

My calculator gave up the ghost a long time ago and points slider has gone missing! Im trying to do without WW meetings for now, and remember this formula from last time I WW'd!

For a rough pointage (handy to work out when in supermarket)

Divide the calories (kcal) by 70
Divide the saturated fat by 4
Add these two together for points amount.

when I did have my calculator I compared lots of values with this sum and Calculator and the values usually matched.
