My boyfriend make to most gorgeous beef stew in the slow cooker. It's literally lean cubed beef and veg, which is all free on an original day, but he adds a colmans beef casarole sachet, which you mix with water. How many syns would this be?

you would need to go onto the syns calculator on the SW website and put the nutritional info in hun to check

Next time you could ask him to use bovril as stock (free) and add herbs and spices. Then your stew will be completely free! That's what I did at the weekend and it was gorgeous.

40g sachet is 6 syns but when you portion it out it isnt too bad
