Hi guys and girls, for those of you that dont remember me i was on LT last year...i gave in for various reasons. But i'm back again with a bigger load of weight to lose. i'v put it all back on and a bit more besides.

So i'm on day 2 and really really struggling any advice please x

I'm on my second week of LT.

I've started the Atkins diet a few times and I just tell my self to accept that the first few days are going to be awful but I know it's not forever and what's a few days in the grand scheme of things.

I read the sticky "things that made my first week fly in" and there are some very good ideas in there that i cant wait to try!!

yip, basically what I was going to say lol. there are quite a few stickies that give really good tips.

I belive in having paracetamol and water at hand constantly. Hot pampering baths and early nights. Sleep as much as you can til the hunger and cravings subside. You'll be grand woman, just stick with it. :D

Hiya, and welcome back:)

I know this is what I should be telling myself but its so hard to do. Basically get it in your head that you just have to get through 3 or 4 days withouth cheating and from then on its pretty much plain sailing.

If you do get really hungry, try splitting your sachets in half and have 6 mini meals instead of 3 bigger ones. It kinda fools the brain into thinking your getting more.

And make sure you drink your water.

Hi lucy Iv done the same and re tried a few times but this time I m really determined it is hard but Im sure you will do it and just ignore people who say its a silly diet they dont no wat it is like to be in our situation so dont understand why we are doing this
 
Ive been thinking of what kind of clothes i can buy once im done, and thinking about going on holiday this year etc. Thinking about something other than actually being on a diet helps alot!!
Reading through everyone's posts on here makes the time fly in aswell and you dont even realise!!
 
I'm really dertermined to do it this time as i have something to do it for...I'm goin to be a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding in June. I went for a fitting a couple of weeks ago and was told i needed a size 28 dress!!! I'm totally shocked at this as my normal clothes are only a 18-22 depending where i buy them from. So its given me a shock to the system not only that but there is 8 bridesmaids altogether 3 are just kids and other 5 are adults and i'm the biggest out of them all i dont want to look big in all the pics i wanna look..well just normal if u get me x
 
My sister is getting married on the first of may aswell.
She bought my bridesmaid dress last year size 14 and im to scared to try it on because ive went up atleast one size maybe two!!
And its not helped that the other bridesmaid is a size 6 and she herself is a size 10!
And im 5"10 and the groomsman ( or what ever they are called) is like 5"6.. So i dont want to look like a big huge fat tall things beside him and everyone else lol!!
