Does anybody know if you can have the philadelphia light garlic and herb as a HE?

was going to have some on a jacket potato for a change for my tea but i dont want to use my syns, as i had the new muller light choc, vanilla and cherry yoghurt earlier and i didnt know they were 2 syns each:cry:

so i am stuck as i was going to have a curly wurly later, well suck on one and make it last:17729:
so i have no idea if i can have both, or is that just being greedy? lol

i don't no about the hex but hex's are generally 6 syns and philly is 2 syns for 28gs so i would just have the philly and not have another hex, i'm sure doing it once in a while won't make any difference!
I love garlic and herb philly and never thought about having it on a spud,

have you tried the new "Eat Honestly" smooth cottage cheese with garlic and herbs? It's free and gorgeous so no need to use a HE!!

Does it count as low fat or medium fat? Because it just says light! I;ll prob count it as medium as 42g is still loads! I love dipping hulahoops in it! OH hates garlic, so won't be please i can have it on the diet!
