Well I fell totally off the wagon at the weekend. Had everything I have been craving for the last 2 weeks (and enjoyed every mouthful :break_diet. So, to make those of you who feel guilty becasue they ate a tiny bit of sunday dinner, or had a sip of wine, here is what I ate over the weekend.
Fish and chips
Big slice of Lemon Roullade
Half a tub of chocolate ice cream
Can of cider
6 weight watchers biscuits
2 onion bhaji's with salad and sauce
Chicken Dupiatza
Boiled Rice
Garlic Naan
3 glasses of red wine
OMG, I am so embarrassed seeing it written down :wave_cry:. Anyway, I am back ON the waggon today. I am going to still try to stick to SS but was wondering if there was anything I could have to eat IN CASE I felt I needed to eg. some prawns, or a bit chicken breast??? Don't really want to do SS+ but just wanted to have some SS+ meal ideas if possible.
