Hi anyone with a big heart out there who can guide me?
Am really struggling finding my way round this site never mind the lipotrim. I have just stumbled on how to post a message but can't remember how to do it now. Please can someone just give me a brief guide.

Hey babe
I'm not the best to ask as I just stumble my way round myself!!
Basically Just click on the reply to thread at the bottom of the page to enter into one of the threads.
If you want to update your details go into User CP at the top of the page, and if you want to get a wee tracker go into Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy... and follow the instructions through!
Hope you're getting on ok with your TFR, it's hard but my top tip is down the water as much as you can, and do not have even a mouthful of any food or drink other than water or stuff you're allowed.
The thing that keeps me going is peppermint tea with a sweetner in it, I'm drinking buckets it warms me up as I'm constantly freezing on this diet!
Any help you need just ask,
this site kept me going thru the first stage of this and I'm going to be relying on everyone for the next few weeks,
lol xx

thank you so much. Have only started this yesterday and so far so good. Could you perhaps link back with me occassionall, would appreciate it thank you

Hi Lou
I did not realise that you can only reply to a message if this is not the case how do I get involved in a thread. Help please? matronix

Hi and welcome,

If you look at the stickies (the first section of threads) I think there is one to help you round the whole site. To do a quick reply to a thread just go to the bottom of the thread, type what you want in the box and click Post Quick Reply. For more options click Go Advanced.

Hope that helps.

Many thanks have managed signature. I will have to take this site just like Lipotrim slowly day by day. But feel really motivated and am sure that this forum will add some interest and inspiration. It should also occupy some time as I do tend to eat from boredom. So u will be hearing from me if I can find u again.

Hunni, it's always lovely to hear from you! Keep on posting - it defo helps!!!

thank you

hey hun. How you getting on with finding your way around ?? xx
Thank you. Gosh do I sound so desperate and lost, that's because I am still but i'm finding short cuts purely by accident of course. I had a sneaky weight check today and have noticed any loss. :confused:It day 4 should I be seening something now.Surely the weight would come off graduyally over the week and not the last few days  Have followed plan and drunk **** so don't know. Weigh in saturday .what do you think

i know im guilty of this myself but I would really advise you to stick to one pair of scales. Best option really is to stick to the pharmacy scales that way your not weighing yourself all the time! I guess people vary in the way they lose weight. there's still a couple of days left. its your first week so you are bound to have lost some weight, its impossible not to! Hence.. conclusion is that your weighing scales need chucking in the bin :p
