hello Ive stuck to CS 100% and today I checked Ketosis and I wasnt in it?
Then I checked later and I was?
Thought first thing would of been a dark pink but it was beigh?:sigh:

Depends on how much you've had to drink & how often you've been to the loo

I really can't be arsed with ketostix.. if you are following the plan & losing weight you are in ketosis

Good Morning! My friend gave me a few of her Ketostix during the week and I've not been in Ketosis at all during week one and don't think I will. I'm happy enough and losing weight and I'm quite glad I don't have "ketosis tounge" like I did during LL - it was horrible! x

yeah as long as you are losing i wouldnt worry, it must be working regardless what the sticks say.

Weighed myself Friday scales said id lost 6lbs .... since Friday ketostix have read nothing except late afternoon slight pink?
I weighed myself this morning still 6lbs so I have stopped losing?
My weekly weigh-in is tomorrow so ?The stix are saying nil ketones today but my tounge is that nasty one?
Maybe my bodies adjusting or maybe it knows what Im doing ha ha ?xx

Hello i hsve been on the diet for just under one week and have lost 7lbs, when i went to the chemist to buy CC i asked if i would go into ketosis and she said no! So i do not understand do we or dont we!!

I was in Ketosis upto firday then in and out and Ive stuck to the plan 100%?Ive done Cambridge and Lighterlife that you defo go into ketosis and my tounge feels the same and my hands are freezing???
Its very confusing.
But as said if were losing weight then we should be,I wouldnt worry(like me lol) 7lbs is amazing well done you xx

Hi thankyou for the swift reply ........... iam the same as you my hands and feet are freezing is that a side affect lol not good for the man in your life i have found! the soups are lovely and it warms you up they are very tasty not tried the bars yet tho so maybe i will this week. xx
