I ended up doing a bit on my rowing machine and going for a shower then bed lol i was proper wrecked after some exercise hahaha im soooo unfit its funny! I managed 100 then five min later i done another 100 so just going to go with what i can manage and build myself up.I had my lunch as my meal yesterday and i think that maybe worked beter for me hunger wise, it was yummy, i had a breast of chicken marinated in tandoori spices and mediteranean veg from asda that you do in the oven, id reccomend that it was so nice!
