Just Cheated feel like crap!!!!

I just cant believe what i am done..... i just ate a packet of crisp and a chicago town mini pizza!!! (What happened):cry:it didnt even taste nice!!!

this is my second week on SS and tomorrow is my weigh in, i feel so dissapointed within myself. my down fall is the weekend i cant cope.. what shall i do. i really want to to succeed on this diet? i need motivation. i am a very inpatient person.. i want to see quick results but now i have killed myself out of ketotis and feel like crap....
i just joined a gym and from monday i am going to do ss and stick to it and go gym in the eveings. (do you think i will see fast results).. urhhh.. what to do what to do... can anyone please inspire me and give me some advice..

hi satty, i'm not on CS but i would prob say don't beat yourself up luv,put a lid on it n don't do it again or i might have to kick u up the bum lol xxx
 
yeah honestly, dont beat yourelf up! start anew from tomorrow and just remember how u feel just now and that should help you not to do it again! i slipped up earlier on in the week, we are only mortals after all lol
 
Ahhhhhh hun dont worry just start over and forget it........

Weekends are hard for alot of people maybe just up your snacks at weekends?xx
 
Don't worry about cheating put it behind you!!!!.. We are al human after all!.. Don't dwell on it.. but think positively, like what shake you can have tomorrow morning etc...

On another note just to let you know, about joining the gym, I go to the gym to but I was warned by my CDC that muscle weighs more than fat (obvious I know..) so don't be too disheartened if you don't see much loss on the scales.. remember to take note of measurements.. also I was warned not to over do it in my first week whilst my body gets used to the diet. :) x
