I'm just about to....

Eat it in small little pieces and drink plenty of water or tea/coffee with it...

It takes me now a good 20 minutes to munch my way through it. If you can not eat it all in one go, wrap it in tinfoil and keep it for later.

They were really vile to begin with but now I have one every day:D

Good luck!

Love Mini xxx

Hi Slinky. Let me know how you get on cos I am tempted to try one next week. Someone said it tastes like an oxo cube and I quite like the taste of them.

Thanks Mini for the advice. ;)
MiniB- i am munching my way through it now. It definitley has an "acquired" taste, but i am surprised thought it could or would be a lot worse. You definitely have to drink lots, as lots of chewing involved and it feels weird actually eating something. I only got oe of the peanut and one of the coconut this week just to try and see how i get on with them. I would say give them ago, yet everyone is different.

Thanks Slinky, might get one next week to try. Think it will be weird to be chewing something again. Good luck with it.

bleurghhhh! You need more than luck for those things!

My mind has been made up since yesterday, I am definitely going to try one of each when I go to WI on Tuesday. I am quite excited about chewing.

I think I may also try one of each next week, and maybe the soup. Weird question but does the soup taste like tinned soup? Or am i way off the mark lol? I really like the shakes, I think they taste great but would be nice to feel im 'eating' with the rest of the family :D

the chicken soup is foul (fowl)

We all have different tastes, I have had 4 soup up to now and I hate it, but others love it. Best bet is to take one and if you like it you can always up the amount of soups the following week.
I just find them bland, no matter how much flavourings I use in them.

Not too keen on the chicken soup either. I added some curry powder to mine and it tasted just like curry sauce, which was nice. Don't think I can stomach anymore of them though. You may like it though, some on here do. Worth a try.

At the start i liked the chicken soup and i had one yesterday and was dreading it, hence when i picked up my supplies this week, no chicken poop for me!! Will give myself a week or two and then will reintroduce them.

I have a peanut flapjack everyday at work and they are okay, best with a large mug of coffee, but so nice to be able to chew! I stick to just shakes at the weekend but do miss my flapjack.

Mmmmmmm, time for my choc shake! Really looking forward to that!

i actually LOVE normal flapjacks..... how close to that does it taste?

Imagine a nice tasty flapjack from tesco...then imagine the total opposite, covered in poo and wee, then you may have the gist of what they taste like. :D

Hahahahah! OMG I swear I have tears running down my face! :D

Alexandrite, they are savoury and not in anyway caramelly or chewy. They are very dry and definitely an acquired taste but I have always liked them - haven't tried the coconut but from what has been said it is pretty much the same and doesn't taste of coconut.

I like having something savoury coz I hate the soup.
