i made the top recipe friday night, it was really good, although i didnt have the tikka powder and i added more chilli !, it made around 3-4 portions and was really simple and very very tasty and totally free on EE !

one thing though id say this was more like a rogan josh that a tikka as tikka is generally marinated in yoghurt and spices first, but that aside it was a lovely dish, next time ill try it with only one of the peppers and one tin of tomatoes as i like a drier sauce, maybe i didnt let it reduce enough, but it smelt so good i wanted to eat. well done to th OP !

did you add the yogurt to the hot pan? maybe take the pan off the heat and add the yogurt after a minute or so, so it's not boiling hot?

Hi

I am hoping to make this, but couldn't find any tikka spice! does anyone know which spices are needed?

Thanks

Katie
