Silly question, but what is ssing, or SS, i have seen it all over the board, tried to search, but just about very page on here came up!

Sole Sourcing...= NO Conventional Food...just food packs for a VLCD (very low cal diet!)

There are quite a few acronyms we use on the boards ... SS, VLCD, CD, LL, LT, SF .... if you see any more that you aren't sure of then just shout. Sometimes, some of us old veterans can forget that not everyone knows what they mean

haha, okay thank you very much! I am on a VLCD, on LL, in SS then! im getting th hang of it now
