I am confused about these syns please help

I am trying to run my TINY freezer down so that i can fit in sw frozen prepared food in there

I have some scampi and on lifeline online it says

Original 22½ Syns

Green 29½ Syns

I have weighed out that I have 103 grammes left. So how many syns do you think it would be? I was thinking about 8 syns?

If so i could probably have them as I have had 3.5 syns packet of crisps which would bring me to 11.5 syns for the day. How many are we allowed again?

Rounding up to the nearest half syn they would be 8.5 on red and 11 on green.

We can have 5-15 syns a day.
