Hi can anyone recommend an online food diary that is free and will calculate calories etc. Preferably one with search facilities for UK brands rather than USA. Cheers
PS Still ploughung in on Management maintaining since Oct/ Nov excercising like crazy and enjoying being a size 12 .......sometimes 10. Also at home recovering from varicose vein surgery, ready for the summer.
I use Sparkspeople.com, but it is american. Easy enough for me because I know what are similar products - but its a very good site for other info as wel - c=exercise trackers, low cal recipes, tips, etc.
